Three private plan bundles.
These are private, association-based group insurance plans — not ACA Marketplace plans. Each bundle pairs a few complementary products, so you can lean toward everyday-cost help, a step-up path to bigger coverage, or flexible PPO-style protection. I'll walk through the fit on a call.
HealthAccess Bundle
Built for everyday care plus a safety net for the big stuff — fixed-dollar payouts toward routine and unexpected care, with critical illness and accident protection layered on.
HealthAccess III — Fixed Indemnity Plan
Pays a set dollar amount toward outpatient visits, inpatient stays, and wellness screenings. Payment starts on the first dollar of eligible care — there's no deductible to meet first. Runs alongside your chosen provider network.
MedGuard II — Critical Illness & Life Coverage
No medical exam required to enroll. Pays a lump sum if you're diagnosed with a covered critical illness or have a covered surgery — use it for medical bills or any other expense. If no covered event happens, the full benefit goes to your named beneficiary as a life insurance payout when you pass away.
AccidentProtector — Excess Accident Medical Expense
Covers out-of-pocket costs from an accidental injury, once your chosen deductible is met, up to a coverage limit you select.
PremierAdvantage Bundle
Start lean with fixed-dollar coverage, and keep the guaranteed right to step up into comprehensive medical coverage later — without going through underwriting again.
PremierAdvantage — Fixed Indemnity Plan
Pays a set dollar amount toward covered care from the first dollar — no deductible required first. Runs on the nationwide UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus network. Includes the guaranteed right to add PremierMed coverage later without a new medical exam.
PremierMed — Comprehensive Medical Coverage
Covers inpatient and outpatient medical expenses on the same UnitedHealthcare network. Once your plan's deductible is met — typically lower than a comparable ACA bronze or silver plan deductible — 100% of covered sickness and injury costs are paid. Deductible amounts vary by state and selected plan option; I'll confirm your exact figure on a call. The Well-GIST Rider on PremierAdvantage locks in your right to upgrade into this coverage later, so you're not paying for it before you need it.
MedGuard III — Critical Illness & Life Coverage
Pays a lump sum for a covered critical illness or surgery. If no covered event happens, the full benefit goes to your named beneficiary as a life insurance payout when you pass away.
SecureAdvantage Bundle
Flexible PPO-style protection where you choose your own deductible and coinsurance mix, plus first-dollar help for the visits and prescriptions you use most often.
SecureAdvantage — Sickness & Accident PPO
A sickness and accident PPO plan on the nationwide UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus network. You pick the deductible and coinsurance combination that fits your budget.
SecureAdvantage Health & Wellness PLUS
Pays fixed dollar amounts toward wellness visits, health screenings, doctor office visits, x-rays, lab work, and prescription drugs — starting from the first dollar, no deductible required first.
MedGuard III — Critical Illness & Life Coverage
Pays a lump sum for a covered critical illness or surgery. If no covered event happens, the full benefit goes to your named beneficiary as a life insurance payout when you pass away.
Extra perks that come with any bundle.
Joining the association behind these plans brings a few additional benefits at no extra cost:
- ✓ Unlimited non-emergency telemedicine visits, with prescriptions sent straight to your pharmacy — plus discounted online dermatology and behavioral health consultations.
- ✓ Daily hospital confinement room & board benefits.
- ✓ Accidental bodily injury excess medical expense benefits.
- ✓ Accidental death & dismemberment benefits.
These are private association group plans, not Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace plans. They aren't classified as "minimum essential coverage" and don't cover all ten essential health benefits required under the ACA. Some benefits may be limited for pre-existing conditions, along with other plan-specific limitations and exclusions. I'll walk through exactly what applies to you before you sign up for anything — nothing here is a substitute for reading the full plan documents.
